Why make a claim about the quality of evidence that human activity ISN'T a major driver of climate disruption? Why not just say there are a bunch of people who will continue pretending whatever they find financially or politically profitable in the short term? That is undeniable.

It's easy to understand why climate activists can get depressed. There are a lot of scary signs of feedback loop-related impending doom. And most aren't trained in leading mass movements. But agreed that we MUST find ways to avoid in-the-weeds arguments that status quo defenders constantly make. We need positive action. Winning arguments doesn't mean much compared to improving air, water, and soil quality.
