This apparently doesn’t apply to concealer.

You wrote “I am someone who believes deeply in evidence-based medicine. Yet there are times in epidemiology where the evidence, though imperfect, is still good enough to take action, particularly when the intervention is cheap and benign.”

Most evidence is imperfect. I similarly favor actions that are likely to do the most good and least harm based on available data. Thanks for writing this!
