Accountability is perhaps my favorite thing. It’s a shame Julie Andrews failed to mention it in The Sound of Music.

I disagree. Cynicism, distrust of institutions, zero-sum mindsets, short-term profit focus, xenophobia, nepotism, ego, delusion, arrogance, rigged market worship, and corruption all likely contributed to stopping us.
